Robin Ambrose, Director, Human Resources, Viking Air Limited





As an executive in the Human Resource department with Viking Air, Robin Ambrose has leveraged first-hand knowledge of human behavior, structures and systems, with Levinson teachings.  By remaining flexible and open within an environment of accountability and fairness, Viking employees and the organization have profited.

This philosophy is best encapsulated in Viking corporate mantra: “Versatility that works”. Established in 1970 as a sales and repair facility, Viking Air has transformed into a dynamic aerospace company serving a global customer base.

Viking’s growth accelerated when they became a manufacturer of plane parts for De Havilland, and more recently, when Viking transformed again into an airplane manufacturer. With over five hundred employees and growing, Viking anticipates continued exponential success.

In 2012, Viking was named Exporter of the Year in British Columbia and recipient of the Premier’s Award for Job Creation.
