To reserve a place in a seminar, the seminar fee ($6,000) must be paid in full. Although we prefer checks or wire transfers, we do accept credit cards. Checks should be in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank, and made payable to The Levinson Institute, Inc. To pay by credit card, please call 603.532.4700.
For organizations interested in sending several participants to one seminar, please call Cynsie Kraines at 603.532.4700 or 617.947.8391 to discuss discounted fees and conditions for sending multiple participants to the same seminar. Companies that prepay for a defined number of seats for a 12-month period receive the most favorable group rates. Prepayments are usually made in December/January or June/July.
Before a session of On Leadership or Strategic Organization begins, Levinson and Co. incurs substantial administrative costs related to seminar registrations. Therefore, the following cancellation/transfer fees apply:
Cancellation penalty policy: 15-30 days' notice prior to the seminar start date, 50% of the seminar fee; less than 15 days' notice prior to the seminar start date, 100% of the seminar fee.
Transfer penalty policy: 15-30 days' notice prior to the seminar start date, 25% of the seminar fee; less than 15 days' notice prior to the seminar start date, 50% of the seminar fee.
In addition, transfer requests must indicate the new date and/or new program the participant wishes to attend. However 100% is non-refundable if the participant does not attend another program within one year of the original program start date or the participant transfers more than twice. Any remaining balance of a cancelled program's payment can be applied to another Levinson program within one year of the original program's date. After one year, the balance is non-refundable.
